Matt spent the first year diligently serving his customers with the same ideals of professionalism and attention to perfection that now guides our 40+ person company. In 1998, the team, now 15 strong, was ready to push harder and faster towards the goal of exceeding the expectations of our clients. Given the reputation earned, the volume of business in 1998 required that Matt spend the majority of his time leading his team and his company, rather than serving his customers directly.
